Driving to the location to drop off our luggage before parking the car was difficult as GPS couldn’t give us the location and google maps kept sending us around in circles and along streets we couldn’t go down so know in advance where you need to turn etc. Directions in advance/when booking would have been helpful not the afternoon we were arriving as we were driving and failed to see message from host with directions."

"For me, virtually nothing. It would have been good if once I booked I was sent the access code but I received it immediately upon sending the host an email. The only other bonus would be long lasting milk sachets to go with the complementary espresso coffee and sugar that was provided and much appreciated by me."
