"The apartment is in a great location with the tram out the front which makes it easy to navigate around Nice. There is a supermarket close by which has a great range and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Johnny our host is great, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but it was fine for the two of us. It has easy access to the promenade and beach and a beach chair and umbrella were provided"
"Friendly owners who met warmly to the property. Everything you need here in a quiet residential location. Easy flat bike ride to the coast and Gold landing beach. Lovely bike along the coast on a dedicated bike path. House is within 10 mins of the harbour, and is warm and comfortable. BBQ available."

"Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Endlich eine Ferienwohnung mit echten Pflanzen. Es sind auch genügend Handtücher vorhanden und Kissen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Véronica war eine sehr hilfsbereite und stets ansprechebare Gastgeberin und super freundlich. Alles war perfekt beschrieben. Die nette Terrasse ist auch ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung liegt ideal um in der Umgebung viel zu erkunden und zu besichtigen und gleichzeitig um zu entspannen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
