"Allotjament situat en un petit poble a 25 minuts de Carcassona. Les habitacions eren molt àmplies, i els llits molt còmodes. Els amfitrions han estat molt atents i agradables. Ens han recomanat llocs per visitar per la zona i tots han estat un encert. Vam sopar amb ells la primera nit i el sopar era bo i complet. Els esmorzars també són complets amb varietats de melmelades i pastes cassolanes. L'allotjament està situat en un poble entre vinyes. Cal cotxe per desplaçar-se però en 30 minuts en poden visitar castells càtars, coves i pobles medievals amb molt d'encant. Molt recomanable."

"Beat a path to La Belle Minervoise and Sophie and Jean Claude’s kitchen. Their little hotel delivered the warmest welcome and the finest food of our trip! They offered us mojitos for an apéritif, and later sat down with us for the most magnificent supper of home made cassoulet, fine wine, and an evening of entertaining conversation (in English!). Exceptional, we’d go back in a heartbeat."

"We had a wonderful time staying at La Belle Minervoise. From the minute we arrived, until our farewell upon leaving… the hosts, Sophie & Jean Claude, were so kind and treated us like family. The house is beautiful and charming. The breakfasts were so delicious and we had the optional dinner which was excellent. Our young boys really enjoyed being around Sophie & Jean Claude and also loved playing with the toys and games they had."
