"Wow. If you love art then you’ll LOVE this house. Florence is an extremely talented artist and has decorated this huge beautiful home in a wonderful way with her trompe l’oeil on the walls and exquisite paintings everywhere. Our room was huge, bed extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved our delicious evening meal with Florence and Maurice in their beautiful kitchen. They made us feel very welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for something special. Some knowledge of French is very helpful."

"What a spectacular location. We were inspired by Madame's beautiful painting skills and her approach to the interior designs. Monsieur was very welcoming and produced a dozen different home made jams for le petit de jeuner which we took on an outdoor table in the warmth of the lovely gardens. What an experience."

Mais une fois sur place, ouvrez-les bien grands : un emplacement de rêve dans un parc arboré, un intérieur douillet, une décoration originale et personnalisée avec les peintures de Florence. C’est Maurice, passionné de cuisine, qui ravira vos papilles avec des recettes simples mais originales, tout fait maison. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont succulents. L’ accueil y est très chaleureux."

"The property was in a stunning location, and although still a working progress in some places it has been tastefully and respectfully refurbished to a high standard. The long walks through the meadows and behind the house were a highlight, as were the caves, an the pool will only add further beauty when it opens."
"The Camping is approx a 30mins walk south of St Girons on a seperated path from the main road so is accessible by foot, but up steep hill. Driving there is very straightforward. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good, with freshly baked baguettes, croisants pain aux chocolats, yogourts and fuit. A hot drink of your choice is also offered along with orange juice. The campsite has some wonderful views, but it's slightly off the main hiking routes from St Girons (which are mostly on the other river bank). The room was clean & bright with large windows a good view and a balcony."

"Was good to stay somewhere a bit different. The apartment was nicely done up with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. Gilbert provided a lovely breakfast and we were fascinated by the atelier - fabulous hats and a very unique trade of hat blocks."
