"Localització excel·lent: el carrer més turístic de Dinan. Amabilitat i atenció de Wendy, l'anfitriona. Tranquil·litat: al dormitori no se sent absolutament cap soroll del carrer. Apartament molt acollidor en general. Saló acollidor, cuina molt ben equipada, llit confortable i dormitori fresc i ben aïllat."

"El bany és petit. Equipat amb els serveis bàsics de lavabo, dutxa i WC. No hi vam trobar cap endoll, així que aixugar-te el cabell o afaitar-te amb maquineta elèctrica és un pèl incòmode. Plat de dutxa a nivell de terra i sense cap barrera física: l'aigua mulla tot el terra del bany. Cortines incòmodes (s'enganxen al teu cos durant la dutxa) i pràcticament ineficaces. La instal·lació d'una mampara milloraria molt la puntuació del bany."

"La llogatera súper amable i preocupada pels seus llogaters. Fins i tot ens proporcionà un garatge sense pagar perquè s’anuncia en tempestes i patia pel cotxe. La caseta és un Niuet molt petitet situat en un dels carrers més autèntics de Bretanya. Un carrer empinadíssim i tot adoquinat. El llit molt còmode i una habitació agradable."

"The appartment is very charming, a little small, but it has everything you need. The owner has been very helpful and provided us with all ! It is in a very steep road with cobblestones, it links the Port with the center of town. All is medieval! Dinand has a very grand past and has to be discovered by walking the centre !"
