"everything was perfect I am lost for words.. this was my holiday where I proposed to my girlfriend and the staff knew this before and they prepared the room is such a lovely fashion it was amazing. We had constant support from the guest relation manager and the reception staff everyday."

"The most wonderful thing about the hotel is the location. Otherwise, average. The room was basic but well equiped and clean."

"The walls were thin and all noise is getting through. The staff in te reception is absolutely useless - they do not care about anything you ask for. The concierge as well. Whatever you ask for, it’s not possible. Also, since it’s a seaside hotel, the possibility of a shower or a changing room without late check-out, at a supposedly luxury hotel (which it is not) would be wonderful. On my request for a late check-out, I was told it was not possible since they are fully booked - which was not true since there were rooms available to book on booking for the respective day."

"We had a fabulous time in Cannes staying at the JW Marriott in Cannes. The Hotel was superb offering great accommodation, superb location and the staff were excellent!! A special mention to the reception staff who were extremely helpful and a special mention to Jessica who went out of her way to make my Birthday weekend a memorable experience!! "I absolutely loved everything about this property, it was clean and modern. It’s situated near the main strip so you don’t have to do alot of transportation. Everything was accessible - I wanted a special shout out to the team who dealt with my booking. It was my 5 year anniversary and they upgraded our room as complimentary which made our stay EXTRA special. Thank you guys so much - 10/10!! Amazing hotel and team, definition of luxury."

"There was nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe something to consider, to offer in-room dining? In France it’s common that some restaurants close during the hours of 2-6pm so if you’re hungry, you may need to order some take away"
