"Posizionata a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro ed ottima per dirigersi nelle varie spiagge nei dintorni con un viaggio auto breve, presente parcheggio privato. All'interno fornita di aria condizionata nonché di utensili e condimenti principali (olio, sale, pepe, spezie varie, caffè), più vari elettrodomestici (microonde, piastra elettrica, macchina del caffè, ecc...)."
"Andrebbe aggiunta una tenda interna alla finestra che affaccia sulla terrazza poiché l'appartamento è posizionato al piano terra e si affaccia sull'ingresso dello stabile. Attenzione ai fumi del cucinino poiché non è presente la cappa."
