"La zona. És molt a prop de l'estació de tren i de la parada d'autobusos per anar a l'aeroport. El barri té mokts cafès, restaurants i vida local. És tranquil, es pot anar a peu al centre o pots fer servir transport públic o bicicleta. La casa està bé, és espaiosa ibté tot el necessari. L'edifici és vell, però la casa està renovada."

"Ja ho hem comentat al propietari, amb qui hem tiingut molt bona comunicació, quan fa calor el pis ès un forn. Hem fet servir un aparell d'aire, però no és suficient. La casa és alnpis més alt i .té molta llum, però a l'estiu, sense aire condicionat, es fa difícil dormir."

"Amazingly designed flat, very tidy with much more facilities than I expected. Perfectly comfortable bed, a very nice view from a window, a very caring and nice host — if I ever again come to Toulouse I’d be hoping to stay here again"

"A little bit far from the city centre — but walking there was safe and alright, so it wasn’t a big deal"

"Lovely apartment, the kitchen was handy and the fridge. The coffee and tea was a nice surprise. There was an air con unit and it was required as the apartment gets very hot! Location wasn't as central as we would have liked, but we didn't know this until we arrived as we haven't been before. There are some gorgeous bars and restaurants close by, off the main roads. 15mins walking distance to most things.. perfect if you don't mind walking and exploring, which we did a lot of!"

"We didn't play any music, or TV and was out most of the day until around 10/11pm, but that didn't stop the neighbour complaining that we was 'walking too loud' and asked for us to not walk around as much. This put me on edge a little and stopped me from feeling relaxed when in the apartment. It is a lovely apartment, but be mindful that the noise to the downstairs neighbour must be louder than you'd expect."

"Just like its name, this place is cozy. Although the apartment is in an old building, it's spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a few days' trip, including a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, the kitchen, washing machine, etc. Most importantly, the owner is as nice and helpful as you can imagine. I felt very welcome in this place. The location is good, less than 10 minutes walk to the train and flixbus station, 20-30 minutes walk to the main sites, but do note that it's a bit uphill if you are carrying a suitcase."

"At this affordable price, I won't complain about anything, but since it is in an old building, there is no elevator and the hallway can be dark at night, so take care if you are carrying a suitcase."

"Cozy and spacious apartment within a 10-minute walk from Matabiau Station (train and bus). Responsive host who provided easy directions to get into the apartment. We arrived late at night, taking the bus from the airport. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment and no elevator which was not an issue for us but is important to note. Also make sure to bring a flashlight at night or use your phone."

"The keys I could take from a locker, but beacuse I was really early in the morning, I asked Mrs Marianne if I could simply leave my luggage and return later. She was so kind to wait for me without waking up guestes still staying at the apartment. From the first sight I loved the place. Cosy, climatic, inviting to rest after active visiting Toulouse. A lot of plants inside which for me were as additional positive aspect. A little hidden bedroom and big windows...And I had a chance to observe storm from comfortable chair (with windows closed :D) I highly recomend this place :)))"

"A very welcoming (very cosy) small apartment, but also a very comfortable one, equipped with everything you might need for a short/medium stay: well-equipped kitchen (including tea, salt, oil, etc.), computer available, living area, etc. Convenient for exploring the city, both on foot (central square 20-25 minutes away) and by metro (metro station, buses and trains a few minutes away); supermarkets close by. Last, but not least, the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the owner. I would definitely come back and recommend this apartment."

"The owners were outstanding, there to help whenever needed. Excellent location too. The apartment is cozy indeed, but everything fits in very well. A really good spot for a short stay in Toulouse, especially solo."
