"Everything about this hotel was excellent but the young lady at the front desk who helped us when we had issues with the Hotel Mercure (Disgraceful behaviour by that hotel cancelling our booking made in February and confirmed 3 times), went above and beyond. We own a luxury property business in Poland and we would be extremely lucky to have her. If only!"

"There is nothing to dislike and this will be our Amiens go to from now on!"

"The breakfast is continental style with enough options to keep you satisfied. The atmosphere in the bar and communal areas was good and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable."

"The restaurant was not serving food in the evening on Sunday."

"Great location, excellent value for money. Staff extremely helpful, polite and professional. Definitely stay again."

"A fantastic hotel 2 minutes walk from the Train Station. A modern design with comfortable facilities which is ideal for a business trip or an overnight stay."

"It’s not a 5 star hotel, so if you’re looking for luxury you might be disappointed, however it doesn’t pretend to be 5 star and it has everything you need at an affordable price. Nothing negative to say about the hotel."

"Excellent hôtel. Nice and original design. Very cosy and modern."

"Great welcome. We liked the modern style. Bed very comfortable and good bathroom with large shower and everything working. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for the grade of hotel. Secure underground parking - if you book in advance."

"The lifts are too small when the hotel is busy."

"Staff great especially Alyssa who helped me so Much with my train ticket back to Lille. She was so helpful friendly and courteous and a great asset to your company. A true gem 😊"
