"The room was very small for a superior room. Also, when I booked, the room was supposed to be on the ground floor, which would have been ideal, but we were allocated a room on the first floor instead."

"So I accidentally booked a room at this Ibis instead of the one we usually stay at in central Moulins! But it was very clean, the bed was so comfy and despite the location it was very quiet. The room was a bit small but perfect for an overnight stop. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the breakfast was usual Ibis fare."

"Good, clean, budget hotel. Small room but it was fine for an overnight stay. Great to have air conditioning and an extra pillow.. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice and everything we needed. Nice car park which felt secure."

"This ibis had recently been refurbished and everything was like new, although a bit far out of town there were plenty of places nearby to eat, a supermarket was also very close, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice."

"Five stars for the staff. We stayed here because our broke down in the motorway, while driving back to Switzerland, and needed to spend the night. The staff was extremely understanding of our situation and went great lengths to help us with different enquiries. They even gave us a bag of pastries for the trip back! It's a blessing when you come across people who love their job. It really shows. To the staff: keep doing what you do! You really stand out in the budget hotel universe!"

"For our purposes of travelling through the area, this place was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and efficient and check in and out was efficient. We didn't eat but the bar area was comfortable. We could see our parked car from our room which was useful."

"Excellent location south of city, easy to reach & find. Ample parking spaces in n a well lit site. No noise at night when window shut. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & of good quality too."
