"The Roulette was under the trees, so stayed shady and cool in the very hot weather. I enjoy being amongst trees very much, and being able to see them around me and hear the birds. I think the Royat site is perfect, being wooded as it is."

"A different corkscrew please! Having some food available in the bar/ café in June would be useful. Even if it was preordered and prepaid."

"The staff was all amazing. We had a couple little issues while there (not the staff's fault). I don't speak French and Allan was lovely and called a vet for me when my puppy was stung by a bee. We had a leak in our unit in the kitchen sink and they were very quick to come and fix it. The main guest check in was easy, the café was nice and we loved the daily bread orders. Our kids liked the outside space, tennis and volley ball courts."

"We found the beds a little uncomfortable. The bunk bed had a broken railing which caused an injury to one of my children, we did report it to the manager so I am confident it will be taken care of. Being out in the forest I think they should add screens to the windows to combat mosquitos. There was a basic cleaning done on the cabin before we arrived but it was not cleaned well by the previous guests. Also the 75euro cleaning fee is quite expensive."
