"Great hotel and fantastic breakfast. Welcoming hosts who were kind enough to let me practice my French with them! Just a ten minute walk to the town centre (or about 20 min to the gondola) and bus stop just outside the hotel for the free shuttle bus to the town centre and gondola. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Val Joly and would definitely recommend. Merci beaucoup!"
"It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, but it was easy enough to buy hot drinks from the bar downstairs, so this wasn’t a big problem."
"Lovely small family run hotel. Basic but clean and friendly and good value for money. 10min walk to the town on a pavement or bus stop outside (free ski bus every 30min ish). Enjoyed the walk but good to have a bus option. Great continental breakfast for 10 euros with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again. The bus takes you to bottom of the gondola (slopes) in about 20min and was easy to do. If you prefer to walk it, pavement all the way and it was a nice walk through the town."
"There is no kettle in the room (does say kettle on booking.com) so not possible to have a cup of tea / coffee whenever you fancied! Another option if not in room, was to put a kettle in breakfast area and guests could make themselves a cup of tea there and take to the room. I did ask for tea one evening and was charged 4 euros for a tecup of tea. It would be nice to have an area to meet downstairs as we were a large party having booked 4 rooms. We did meet in the breakfast area one evening but the other evenings it was shut off as the hotel owners had a family gathering. These are small niggles and are only suggestions for improvement and I would stay again (and take a travel kettle maybe!)"

"Very peaceful site in a beautiful location. The site offers a range of accommodation. We stayed in a small mobile home, overlooking one of the two lakes. The accommodation was simple but perfect for our requirements."

"La piscina és genial i l'entorn on està tambe, molt cuidat i moltes hamaques. Inclús té un petit jacuzzi. La nostra villa era l estándar i tenia una habitació de matrimoni ( justeta), menjador, i cuina (amb tots els estris) i terrassa (petita) amb taula i cadires i amb barbacoa. El lloc es molt tranquil, no se sent res de res, es dorm molt bé. Les dues recepcionistes,molt amables. Ahhh! Tenen parasols per emportar-te a la platja"
"Friendly kind staff. Pretty outside sitting area with pots of herbs and flowers. Bed faced the gorgeous window overlooking a pretty street in the old town. Good cafes right outside. Although the window was thick double glazed, still needed ear plugs to sleep as tourists waking past all hours of the night. I would stay here again as it was very authentic and pretty."
