"I'd read very mixed reviews about this hotel, so was a little apprehensive. I had no need to worry - at all - it was simply a real pleasure to stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful while my room was absolutely delightful. The location was ideal - only a few meters from a Metro station. Apparently - if you look you'll find several 1 star reviews without comments - these appalling reviews are from guests who never turned up and lost their money for a no show. Ignore those and look at the other comments. It's a great three star hotel which is clean and comfortable. What more would you want?"

"This is such a warm and kind place. Rooms are very comfy, beds high quality. The staff is so kind, so professional. Early morning I needed cotton, went to reception, and even as they didn’t have, the manager went around found and fetched for me. So pleasant to see people around you that find pleasure in helping others."

"The hotel is at the centre of Paris, just adjacent to Seine and also close to 2 metro stations. The room is very clean, along with washroom and bed is very comfortable. Hotel has lift and dining area as well. This hotel is more than valid for its money, will definitely visit again if in Paris."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and extremely helpful. A big thank you to the fabulous team! My bedroom was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed, and the shower was lovely. The room overlooked the main avenue, but the windows blocked out any noise, which was great. The café area is a bit basic, but useful for doing a bit of work on the laptop. The location is ideal, between two Metro stations, and it's easy to get around. At the same time, it's away from the crowded tourist areas, which is a bonus. The canal area around the corner is also well worth checking out, with great bars and restaurants. A nice, little place to stay when in Paris."
