Hôtel Stella

"La comida suave para el estómago. El personal muy atento."

"El wifi era intermitente y se apagaba"

"Lovely, quiet place to stay. Staff are nice and friendly - happy to help with any queries. Breakfast provided was all standard morning products (baguette, eggs, fillings, yogurts, fruit, etc.) which was good. The room was clean from the beginning, with the staff checking in and sprucing it up throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our stay, can’t complain and defenitley recommend for anyone staying in Lourdes, especially for a city break."

"A kettle in the room, for guests who would wish for a warm beverage other than breakfast hours."

"We were allowed to have an early checkin, the staffs are friendly. The location is top, near the Sanctuary and still in the city center."

"The Wifi connection is very poor. The 2 pillows are small and not that so comfortable"

"Lovely location near to grotto. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their customer service was excellent – they really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that our additional requests were met without any problems – it really shows their attention to guests' needs."

"The only small downside was the interior decor, which could use a bit of refreshing to better match the high standard of service. Still, overall a great experience and we would happily come back!"

"Comfortable and convenient location to go to all the important places in Lourdes. 5min walk to the Sanctuary."
