"El servei és molt amable. L'esmorzar molt complert, i les habitacions inmillorables. Fa molts anys que vinc a aquest hotel i cada any millora. És comfortable i molt ben situat. A més, a les habitacions hi ha de tot i no se sent cap soroll."

"Good variety in a comfortable setting. Julie and Monica were excellent during dinner, very courteous and helpful."

"The seating was a bit confusing. There were food stations in 2 areas but you didn't have the option to choose where to sit. The one thing that disappointed us was getting a cab for the day we were leaving. We first asked Reception the day we arrived. We followed up the next evening, when paying our bill. There was ni record of our request. When checking out the following morning, no cab had been booked. Thankfully we were early so were able to get one booked. A bit stressful as we had a train to catch."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this place. Excellent location, clean room and most importantly this place holds very nostalgic memory for me. It’s very close Porte St.Joseph, closes to the grotte access."

"Pre arrival , contacted hotel requesting a walk in shower in room ( have MS), staff facilitated this. Hotel great location to Lourdes Grotto, great food, friendly staff. Despite grotto 5 min walk from hotel, hotel busy but quiet, plenty of chairs/ sofas to sit , have coffee/ drink."

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bar area was bright and airy, as was the restaurant. Breakfast was okay."

"I would not recommend the dinner set-menu. I went on my first evening, and the standard of cooking was very poor. The boiled potatoes we not entirely cooked and were raw in the middle, while the vegetables were cooked almost to a mush."
