"All the staff are exceptional & they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was perfect on a quiet road and a 10 minute walk to the Sanctuary. I felt very safe. I will definitely stay again."

"Initially the hotel was difficult to find. But that’s not the hotel’s fault as Lourdes is so full of hotels. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is a bit early."

"The quietness in the room was unmatched. Stayed in the hotel 2 times and both times slept like wood😅 The beds and rooms are super cozy. The location is superb, very close to the sanctuary and near the river. The facilities are not the newest, there is no kettle and hairdryer. But if you want the quietness, this is the place!"

"The hotel is old, but everything works. The staff was very helpful and fluid in Spanish. The beds were too soft but comfy, rooms have an old heating system, but works like a charm. Warm blankets, spacious room."

"It’s old, very old. But it’s a common thing in the area, there are not modern hotels in Lourdes. Hotel has no parking and public parking is veeeery expensive."
