"The staff were very kind, understanding, and chill. Helpful and friendly. We stayed as a family and had no complaints at all. It was truly nice and one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in — it smelled fresh and was spotless. The location is 6 minutes from the metro, with many buses passing by, and about a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The streets are safe; even when I came home late at night, I never felt scared. It was always a good area. I definitely recommend it."

Location: cozy, quiet residential neighborhood, with very good access to public transport and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Quality/price ratio: excellent by Parisian standards."

"Three very minor peeves, no big deal: - we were promised a boiler by booking.com, there was none to be found in the room; - the wireless connection was a bit hit & miss, especially late in the evening for some reason; - you might have to wait for a few minutes before the elevator is actually available, especially in the morning."
