"The hotel was super easy to find from Gare de l'Est and it is only a 23min walk away from the Seine, so very close to the sights. The reception is manned 24hrs a day, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy with fresh croissants and bread rolls, jams, cheese and luncheon as well as cereals, fruit and an excellent coffee machine."
"The lift was extremely funny (personal opinion) as it only just fitted 2 people and a suitcase, but there are stairs too, of course 😉"

"The family room was quite small and there wasn't a lot of room outside of where the beds were. The elevator was tiny so I had to take the stairs most of the time and our room was on the 6th floor. If I were able to take the elevator it only went to the 5th floor so I had to carry our bags up the last floor up a windy staircase. There are also big wooden beams across the family room ceiling which makes it hard to manoeuvre around the beds and easily hit your head."
