"A charming and traditional hotel; excellent location, right on the Grand Place. Staff were fabulous, especially reception and breakfast room staff - so helpful and friendly, went out of their way to assist us. Clean and spacious room. A large public car park is located opposite the hotel. We had a really lovely stay, thank you!"

"Very central so an easy walk to every thing. Excellent staff. Underground parking nearby 20€ for 24 hours. Free parking in Rue Jean Lacanuet 10 mins walk away."

"Creepy or touchy lift. It feels more secure to take the stairs. Breakfast could be a bit better. Poor choice of cereal. Housekeeping staff have a morning meeting with the guests. Free Car Park located 5 to 6 mins walk from the hotel."

"Central location. Full of character hotel which hasn’t been over-modernised. By that I mean it’s clean and very comfortable, but retains things like the windows opening, warm without being oppressively hot with fan noise etc. The staff were delightful and helpful. The mattress on the bed was the best I have stayed on in months of travelling. A very central location. Quiet at night. Very dog friendly. Parking just outside, and was free on a Sunday. The local town was buzzing with Sunday afternoon and early evening life, there was even a noisy English punk-type band playing outside a bar. Not my taste ( or the dogs) but fun to watch the local ravers! The platter of cheeses and hams I had for supper at the hotel was delicious and excellent value. Very convenient for travel to Calais from Mont Blanc Tunnel."

"A little piece of old France - a simple hotel on the main square, nice and quiet. Good breakfast, and it seems you can eat outside in summer. Bars and restaurants all around the square nearby, and also in adjacent squares. It was also really easy to get to by car from the motorway, a relief to us as we prefer not to drive on holiday and try to avoid complex routes, but had to bring our car this time. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful"

"This was a great little hotel with lots of character overlooking the Grand Place. Really friendly staff and a good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and excellent value but maybe a little dated. It's a great base to explore the old parts of Arras with plenty of very good restaurants and bars nearby."
