We provide, upon request, everything you need to fully enjoy the beach (towels, umbrellas, hats, etc.) and are happy to welcome your four-legged friends free of charge. Our 20 rooms, located at 8 rue Commandant André, are air-conditioned, equipped with a television and a private bathroom, and are accessible by elevator. Our apartments, located just across the street at 8 rue Florian (less than a 30-second walk from reception), feature a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and kettle. They are located in a renovated building with no elevator. A continental breakfast is served every morning to start the day off right, whether you're staying in a room or an apartment. The Hôtel Le Florian also offers a 24-hour reception, attentive staff to advise you on the best local restaurants, and is committed to an environmentally friendly approach where people are at the heart of your stay. The Palais des Festivals is just a 6-minute walk away, and Cannes train station is just a 4-minute walk away. The casa rural has five private parking spaces, available upon reservation and for an additional fee. We also benefit from a partnership with the nearby EFFIA public parking lot.

"Everything was great it was a very last minute booking and the staff was lovely and accommodating. Room was perfect for short stay. Location also. A little noisy in the morning so you might have to sleep with windows closed if you r not a morning person."

"The towels had a sour smell, the sponge for dishes was old and dirty, the dishes were mostly dirty in the cabinet, there was no bread knife or a cutting board. The worst was that there are no curtains so the light goes in very early (there are blinds, but a lot of light comes through), one wondow couldn't be closed off completely and the music from the bars beneath is extremely loud until 00-01 am."

"We had such an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. We found out that they had extended their season past the date of the other hotels in the area, until the day we checked out. This is the reason we ended up being the the only guests and were treated as VIP's. We were also able to charge our EV every night for a small fee which removed any concerns we had about charging the EV. We loved that it was situated in a forested estate with lovely gardens. Every time we drove in we felt a sense of peace."
