"Comfortable hotel for long-distance cyclists crossing the Parc Régional des Landes de Gascogne between Bassin d'Arcachon and the Canal du Garonne. The hotel is less than 2 km north of the D 802 Voie Verte. The staff were friendly and welcoming and provided secure overnight storage for my bike. Breakfast was of continental fayre."

"Arriving on a Tuesday evening the hotel restaurant and the pizzeria across the road were shut. Fortunately there is a bar next door, which was open with a limited but OK menu. The breakfast choice could be made better with a hot choice."

"The Bates Motel neon signage. Room was small but clean. Good bed and very good shower. Excellent breakfast."

"The location is a bit isolated. They don’t provide dinner on Mondays, maybe on Sundays too, and the other bars and restaurants in the vicinity are also closed. You have to go to the supermarket if you want something to eat, ok if you have a car, but otherwise a 30 minute walk there and back."

"sat nav took me right to the door so very easy to find, it was not very far off the motorway. was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite with good English capabilities, the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Next morning the lady in attendance at breakfast was also very cheerful and helpful. When leaving the accommodation I drove into the small town and found the cheapest diesel/petrol that I found anywhere in France."
