"We had a family suite, which was two opposite rooms at the end of a hall which you locked a hallway door and pegged the two room doors open. This was a disaster. The hall light was movement sensored and anyone that walked out in the hallway on our level would turn on 3 lights in our open doorway. The kids woke up heaps. But being tiny kids we couldn’t lock them in their rooms by shutting the door as you had to have the keycard to get in and couldn’t hear them from our side. We only stayed one night and made do, but if it was longer would have had to split an adult with a kid in each room and locked the doors."

"Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The location is excellent — very close to the Eiffel Tower, which made everything so convenient and magical. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and welcoming. The only things we didn’t appreciate were that the cleaning lady entered the room after knocking several times, even though we informed her we didn’t need cleaning at that moment. Also, the breakfast lacked variety, and the eggs unfortunately had a very unpleasant smell. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine 👌🏻"

"Excellent location right opposite Bir Hakim Metro. Easy walking distance from Eiffel Tower. Friendly and helpful staff who kindly decorated our room for my husbands birthday. Excellent breakfast. Safe, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities all greatly appreciated."

"Decorations needed a bit of TLC in places. Stair carpets in need of replacement and riser rail for shower head was missing so could only use at chest height making it hard to wash your hair. We were happy with the rest of the room and only staying for 2 nights so didn’t waste time complaining as everything else was great."
