"This hotel is in a great location, very close to the tram line and easily accessible from the city. The lady that greeted us was so lovely and helpful even though we speak little French. Rooms are basic but great value for money. View onto the street below was pleasant."

"The reception isn’t always occupied because the same lady on reception was also busy cleaning etc- this is no issue as long as you let them know what time you are arriving in advance."

"The lady that is runs the hotel was very kind and warm."

"To many stairs 🤣 just kidding it’s only 2 levels 👍"

"The nicest personal helped with adding one more guest to my booking. After one night the hostess nicely helped to change the room with more quiet window looking for free. Everything else was perfect"
