"The location was excellent. The room was more than adequate, with double shutters on the windows; any street noise is eliminated. Linen change service as needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and crisp white-lined. Jean Baptiste, on reception, was extremely helpful, as was the hotel owner, Sandrine."

We had back courtyard facing rooms which were very quiet despite the hotel being right in the middle of a very busy restaurant and shopping strip in the old port. We would definitely stay at this very affordable hotel again. We also appreciated the great tips from staff for eating and drinking in La Rochelle."
