"We celebrated my friend’s birthday in Paris and had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel De l’Arcade! The hotel was very well located - close to great coffee shops and amazing restaurants. We strolled through the city on foot and I had such a nice run on Saturday morning to the Eiffel Tower. The room was nice and staff friendly. Will definitely stay there again when I return! ☺️"

"I personally found the pillows too big in height and uncomfortable (I know this varies from person to person), but some hotels offer a selection usually between flatter and puffier pillows. This would be a good Idea for L'arcade."

"A small safe hotel, the reception knows their guests. Very personal service, it made us feel always welcome.A big thank you for the receptionist Saadat for her professional and warm approach. The room was very clean - travail impeccable par Semira."

"Although the windows have a relatively new double glazing, there was some noise from the street when the vehicles with sirens passed but you don't hear the normal traffic much. Ask for a room on the upper floors if possible. All rooms face the street. Then again, you get into a nice Parisian mood looking at the pretty houses in the quartier."

"Small but cosy room with a lovely deep bath. I particularly appreciated the fact that the windows opened fully. The location was excellent. The staff were also charming, personable and helpful. High marks to them!"

"Although everything was clean and comfortable, the room smelled stale which was unfortunate. Offering some free water as other establishments often do would also be appreciated as at EUR 4 per small bottle from the minibar it is expensive."
