Hotel Chevallier

"For the money this can't be beaten. You get what you pay for, but as long as you understand this, there's no disappointment to be had. Room was small, but I've had smaller. Sparse, but not problematically so. Bathroom was functional. No nice soaps or anything. Oh, the hot water was too tepid for a shower. Still, it was perfect for me, on a straight in and out visit to Paris for functional reasons only. No complaints from me."

"During my journey back to the UK, I passed through France and stayed at a hotel for a day. The reception Malek welcome me and gave me a thorough briefing on the hotel's rules and provided useful information about the surrounding area."

"We liked the hotel, the staff is very polite. The bed is comfortable. In general, everything is clean, but the room is tired and the toilet is very small. Ideal option if you are not very picky and plan to walk, not sit in the room. Good location, close to metro."

"Is a particular experience. It has the size of a jail cell and also the aesthetics so you feel you are in prison. Wont repeat but is a funny story from the trip"

"Located in a very nice area with lots of shops, restaurants and markets, close to metro and bus to central Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. It is very basic but exactly what you would expect for the price. Quiet at night. I would stay here again."
