"Great location, really lovely rooms which were next to each other. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We ordered the birthday champagne, chocolates and balloons which were fabulous and made my daughter’s birthday!"

"Super location, right in the centre, but the street itself is very quiet. The room was clean. Small of course, but it’s Paris. Breakfasts are the same every morning but always balanced, tasty. Breakfast room was the size of a large room, if the hotel is full it probably won't always be convenient to do that"

"It would be nice to give a small sample of toothpaste to the bathroom kit, the first night I forgot to take it from home. And maybe a little more veggies at breakfasts would be great"

"We were returning to the hotel for the second year in a row. Great location, friendly staff, they accommodated an early checkin and later checkout at 1pm, plus we got upgraded to the suite."

"The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Very good location, close to many buses and metro station and also at saint lazare station. The staff especially women were friendly."

"The lift was slow. The sheets were a little bit dirty. The toilet is close to the bed in separate space of course but is not comfortable."

"We had a very good stay at the hotel. The location was extremely central, close to the opera and right next to the metro station. A clean hotel, with a good breakfast and very helpful staff."

"The location is awesome. The coffee machine, the first day we went the machine was spoilt and they changed promptly. Although lift was small , but it served its purpose. I must really comment on the staffs, they are friendly, helpful and approachable. Bed was super comfortable and nice to have room slippers provided too. Prior to arriving, the hotel is very prompt in replying my messages too, I really appreciate on that part and it gives me more confidence ."

"- The drainage do choke up easily when I shower. It took a long time to drain. - The toilet and and the shower are "far away", I mean it is separated and not next to each other , they are opposite across the room from each other. - I arrived at night and I couldn't locate the hotel as the "signboard" is not lit. Luckily I remember the cage like seat they put at the front and I recognised that. The shop "Bolia" is bright! so I for the rest to the nights that is how I know I arrived ! These are just some super small inconveniences . over all the stay is great !!!"
