"Nothing"

"Excellent location, very clean and very friendly helpful staff"

"Noise at night and early morning if staying in a room at the front, but nothing to stop us staying again. Plus only coffee enough for 1 night was not replenished and no milk."

"The location was fantastic, very close to the Eurostar station, as well as the old town. We stayed in a twin room and were given a room with a balcony which was really lovely. The staff were lovely and welcoming, stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out, and answered any questions we had. It was very good value for money."

"The room was quite small and could have had a few more amenities to make it comfortable (e.g more soft furnishings) but for the price it was to be expected."

"The room was comfortable, and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet despite overlooking the station. It had a great view of the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast selection was plentiful offering a very good choice with options for vegans and this was very good value compared with local restaurants. The rooftop location of the breakfast restaurant offered great views of the city. Overall it was a great hotel from which to explore the city and was very convenient for both Lille Flanders and Lille Europe stations."

"The bed could have been a little softer or had a deeper topper, but this is just a personal choice - it was still comfortable and I slept well."

"The cleaness, the staff is very friendly and the produts for breakfast are excellent. The location is also excellent, in the center of Lille, near the old town."

"Loud music playing all night probably coming from a nearby bar"

"the stuff and the location was great, also super clean. The soap container is transparent and the bed is comfortable."

"I wish my bathroom was bigger as I am a big person but it was accessible."

"Location is perfect, close to the centre and must see spots. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and it was quiet, though you're down town. The breakfast is good in price / quality and in a nice spot on top of the hotel. We had a good weekend."
