"Extremely convenient for the Christmas markets. I could go out and gather all the food and take it back into the room to enjoy with the view of the cathedral and watch the crowds from a distance. Easily went in and out 3x times in a single day. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very kind and friendly!"

"The blowdryer was outdated, the water system was finicky and I definitely would not have a bath in there. Just a minor annoyance, it was still comfortable to use."

"Great location to get to everything, trams, train, shopping, Cathedrale. nice size room and bathroom. I stayed with a Cathedrale view room (worth the extra) but the bells do chime until 22:00."

"The staff could have been nicer. When I checked in the guy was very friendly, gave me maps. The other days, whoever was upfront acted like it was a chore to say hello. He never offered any addition information. When I asked for additional coffee pods for my in room machine he acted like I was taking them from his pocket."

"The hotel couldn't be any more central. It's literally across the street from the cathedral. The room was spacious and the bathroom was completely remodelled. It was overall, very nice and comfy."

"Bed sheets had some blood stains on it - we ended up completely turning the beed sheets around to avoid it. Rather disgusting. Bath/shower was nice but no curtain or any protective glass, which meant the bathroom got flooded each time we showered. Breakfast is an astonishing 19EUR per person and it doesn't even look that good. Much better options around town! Hairdryer was very low potency - took me hours to do a half good job at drying my hair."

"Location was excellent, cant get any closer to the Cathédral and the Christmas markets. Beds were comfy. Double glazing stops the noises from the square. Good selection of pastries and coffee for breakfast, as well as scrambled and boiled eggs."

"Only (small) issue would have been the shower - which was positioned in the middle of the bath at the taps, but did not reach to the shower holder, so had to be handheld - no big deal but awkward!"

"The location almost opposite the cathedral is terrific. We had a room to the backyard overviewing the nearby restaurant (with very good food) and a small balcony as a bonus. The room was not very large but we felt comfortable. The house was older but had a lovely charme."

"The location was unbelievable, directly in the heat of the old town and within walking of all we wanted to do. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the windows muted the sound, even from the bells of the enormous cathedral right in front of us. We slept very well. We explored the evening we arrived and the entire next day by foot. The hotel was the perfect location to be top enjoy an evening in the city. Everyone we met were kind and humorous. Each place we enjoyed food or drinks was incredibly good. We wished we had more time to explore and enjoy the city than just a day."
