"Excellent location within walking distance of all major attractions. We had the Tuileries christmas market just opposite the hotel which was amazing ! The staff are really professional, always helpful and respect privacy. Rooms were clean, well lighted, warm and nicely designed."

"The location & cleanliness of the hotel are hard to beat - very good! The rooms are small but beautiful & mostly had all you needed. The lobby area is nice."

"Staff weren't very helpful. We asked multiple times for our room to be refreshed but they don't do it until 4pm and on our second day not at all despite asking twice and having selected that option on the switch by the door. Our light broke on our final night leaving us entirely in the dark. When we suggested changing rooms we were told that there was no one to make up the required sofa bed in a new room for our daughter. Eventually having left us with a temporary fix using tissue paper we received a call from reception offering us a change a room which we ended up not taking so late at night. Problems will happen but it was the staff's unapologetic manner and unwillingness to find a good solution that made us cross and left us with a feeling that we were being a nuisance. The lift in this hotel is extremely small and can only really accommodate 2 people with bags. At check out time that means it's constantly in use and there were a few grumpy people getting cross about it. The shower was disappointingly weak and although I used both the overhead shower and a handheld one it took a long time to rinse out shampoo. I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast is overpriced at €25/person for what it is. We went to Cafe Laperouse in the Place de la Concorde instead (you need to book) and spent the same amount for a more elegant experience."
