"The AC controls did not work in my room. The control was locked by an administrator so I could not make any changes to the temperature or turn on the heating, etc. The elevator can only fit one person at a time. Minibar fridge was switched off so nothing inside it was cold."

"Room was spacious for Paris. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was nice. Just enough room for an open suitcase - would be tight with two people in the room. Bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hooks and plugs. Area felt nice and local… metro stop was a five minute walk away. Plenty of boulangeries and patisseries nearby. There’s a lift!"

"The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The reception area was very comfortable and modern looking with quirky glass sections of flooring which allowed a view to the restaurant below. Given the price that we paid, the rooms were a decent size overall with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The blackout curtains worked a treat and I slept solidly which is unusual for me when I go away. The room was cleaned and made-up to a good standard after our first night. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants in close vicinity to the hotel. Some fantastic bakeries, butchers, fruit shops etc too!!"

"This relates to room 105. There's not much to pick on apart from the opaque glass in the bathroom door; no-one needs to see their room partner going to the loo or showering regardless how distorted the view! The towels were very rough - new ones needed. As the wall in the bathroom is angled, it is not possible to sit straight on the loo. This proves to be a little uncomfortable and awkward. It's not the fault of the hotel but the neighbourhood is a little rough but it does get better the more that you walk down the hill towards the central area of the suburb."
