"The room and balcony overlooked the port and busy main road which I loved. The owner clearly loves his job and was very happy to help with directions and breakfast requests"

"There was nothing to dislike"

"- Fantastic location in the centre. - Car parking included. - Modern comfortable rooms."

"- Door to my room was difficult to lock/unlock. - Walls quite thin as could hear the persons movements in the room next door."

"The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good selection. We were offered a cooked breakfast if we wanted it which was a nice touch. The location was more central and therefore busier than I had expected but, having said that, there was a great atmosphere and if you wanted quiet, the highly effective balcony doors kept traffic noise out. The balcony itself was a generous size as was the room itself and the bathroom. The aircon was superb - easy to control and super effective. Also, the hotel, being central, meant easy access to all the harbour front restaurants and shops. I actually wished we'd spent another night or two there."

"Finding the place wasn't quite as easy as I'd anticipated and not helped by the narrow one-way system along the front. We ended up finding a free vacant parking space a little way away and double checking on foot first how to get to the small car park at the rear of the hotel. There are enough spaces I think but parking is tight given the hotel's location. I would add that this would not deter me in future."

"A Stretta is a rather small hotel and the owner was welcoming us upon our arrival. We had a very pleasent stay at the newly renovated hotel. Clean, cosy and spacious rooms. Very friendly host. Breakfast was well served on the terrace. Perfect location on the oceanfront."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé face au port, les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes bien équipées (frigo, clim', grande salle de bain, ... ) Le personnel était très aimable et à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention toute particulière car outre les produits frais et variés du buffet, les œufs sont préparés avec un grand soin et servis avec le sourire !"
