"I have no idea for the price why the bad reviews. This isn’t a 5 star hotel and not trying to be either.Totally worth the money we paid. Staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Yes the hotel is dated and a bit shabby, and slightly run down, however it’s in the middle of beautiful vineyards and fields making the shabbiness totally fit in and make sense. If you want classic French and super cheap it’s perfect."

"Lovely few days with my friend attending a birthday celebration nearby. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Likes our room, which had a main bed, plus mezzanine with additional beds. Pool is lovely and a great way to start the day. Had not realised we had breakfast included. It's buffet style and good."

"The hotel buildings and grounds are unique, interesting and beautiful. The rooms are clean, big and have all the amenities you could want. The breakfast is amazing and has a good variety of items to choose from. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially the hotel manager who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! I would definitely return to this hotel."

"The location of this hotel (like every other in the region) is quite secluded and taxis are hard to book. This is also part of its charm, but I'd recommend renting a car if you stay."

"Sur le parking en arrivant on découvre 2 voitures qui ne sont plus en état de rouler. Les chambres ainsi que les salles de bains méritent d’être remises au goût du jour. Il faut sortir pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner qui est servi dans un autre bâtiment."
