L'Establiment Home Latin està implantat en ple Barri Llatí. Es troba a només 2 minuts a peu del jardí de Luxemburg, la Sorbona, el Panteó i la catedral de Notre Dame. Les habitacions espaioses són àmplies i estan equipades amb un bany (dutxa o banyera), telèfon amb línia directa i TV per satèl·lit. Hi ha ascensor per a les 5 primeres plantes. Cada matí s'ofereix un bufet del matí saludable en una de les 2 sales d'bufet continental de l'casa rural. Els clients es poden relaxar al saló de l'pensió amb els amics. "Great location back from a main road within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, metro lines, bars and restaurants. Well run hotel with 24 hour concierge and breakfast if desired. Two lifts to floors 1 to 5. Double room was cosy with tea and coffee facilities, hot shower, cloth hanging space and TV."

"Nice location walkable to the Seine, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and a few small parks. Good nearby bus and train stations to access other Paris sites and the airports. Onsite breakfast (extra cost) was basic but convenient and filling; could get very busy so best to go early. Premises were pleasant and clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room has a small fridge for keeping a few groceries from the nearby Monoprix, for when we did not want to go our for a meal. Also had a kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room."
"Bathroom can be overly "fragrant" due to old Paris plumbing - we kept the drain plugs covered with plastic bags, and the bathroom door closed. Occasionally noisy so bring ear plugs - we picked up good wax ones from the Monoprix. No English channels on the TV (which was also a bit glitchy) - BBC News would have been nice to have."

"The hotel was welcoming, clean, quiet and comfortable. I couldn’t call them for the shuttle bus on my phone but they responded to my email straight away. Both Leo and Guillaume who picked us up from and drove us to the airport were professional and delightful gentlemen. The staff at the desk and kitchen for breakfast were also cheerful and efficient."
"The price was very affordable and the staff were pleasant, the best part is the location, this is an excellent base as your 30-45mins from mountains, gorges, lakes, perched villages, towns and the beach! I can't believe that people would leave a bad review because it was raining during their stay, how petty! the accommodation isn't responsible for the weather!"
