""Siamo una coppia e abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze natalizie meravigliose! L’appartamento è molto accogliente, situato in pieno centro e veramente a due passi dal Casinò di Mentone, con un terrazzo che offre una splendida vista sul mare. La casa è ben attrezzata, non manca nulla, e abbiamo apprezzato molto il vino rosé che ci è stato lasciato come benvenuto 😊. Un altro vantaggio grandissimo è il parcheggio privato coperto gratuito. Avevo letto nei commenti che per alcune persone era difficile capire i codici d’ingresso; invece è semplicissimo, basta memorizzare le tre combinazioni: per il garage, per il cancello e per l’ascensore. L'unica nota riguarda la metratura: la superficie indicata di 55 mq non è corretta. In realtà l’appartamento è di circa 30 mq (sono pignola e li ho misurati!, senza terrazzo), ma resta comunque molto funzionale.""
