In the heart of Paris, just a stone's throw away from the Opera and close to the Louvre, and postcard streets from Le Marais, our mansió provides a tranquil escape from the bustling Grands Boulevards. The prestigious Grands Magasins are a mere 15 minutes away on foot, and the serene Tuileries Gardens can be reached in 20 minutes. Conveniently, the Grands Boulevards metro station is right in front of the entrance. The neighbourhood is vibrant with cultural life, home to numerous theaters and bars with terraces. One can find the Bourse district with its passages cherished by the Surrealists, the Sentier with its remarkable pool of entrepreneurs, the Faubourg Montmartre with its theaters, the Faubourg Poissonnière with its trendy restaurants, and Strasbourg Saint-Denis with its sleepless streets. "First time at the Experimental and got an upgrade! The staff were super friendly and made me feel so welcome. The decor was super fun and I loved the smell of the room as soon as I walked in. The little details like an adaptor in the room and the gorgeous bath products were really great. Also..the bed was so comfortable. One of my best sleeps.Also loved the proximity of the metro. Can't wait to return!"

"Small but cosy apartment by the beach, easy to pop down and go back for meals and make the most of it. It has all you need and is well maintained, with many restaurants and some shops nearby. Supermarkets are not far. While we stayed it was quiet, which we prefer."
