"The stairs going to the apartment are quite old and look a bit unstable, but the common areas were under renovation, so it looks like the situation will improve soon. The apartment is at the 2nd floor, no elevator. The sofa (which is sofa bed) was a bit uncomfortable."

"Logement très bien situé dans une rue calme, permet de visiter la ville à pied, situé entre la Loire toute proche et la vieille ville. Un accès ascenseur pour le parking de la Charpenterie se situe dans la rue, très pratique pour les bagages. Le logement est propre et bien agencé."
"La porte des toilettes /salle de bains ne ferme pas et laisse passer un jour important, cela semble avoir déjà fait l'objet d'un commentaire, il faudra y remédier. la hotte ne semble pas branchée. Le couloir d'accès et l'escalier pour aller au second sont en très mauvais état et surprennent quelque peu, les travaux sont en cours !!! cela risque de prendre du temps."

"Apartment located in a new building very close to the bus and train station, so easy access to Disneyland or Paris . They also have a generous yard were cars can be parked for the entire stay . Private acess to the property is in place and we felt very safe. Inside, everything that you need for a comfortable stay, heating if outside is chill, A/C if it's to hot, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, free wifi, smart TV, nespresso compatible coffee machine."

"The owner is really nice. I enjoyed talking with him when receiving the key. There is a supermarket right below the apartment, which is super convenient. The Parc des Princes is within walking distance. I recommend this place for anyone going to the PSG stadium. I felt that this area was relatively safe, even at night."
