"Ambiance cosy et authentique de la maison et réelle proximité de la plage, quel plaisir de pouvoir aller se baigner si facilement en profitant de chaque rayon de soleil! La terrasse et le grand jardin à l'ouest sont très agréables et pas si fréquents si prêt du centre ville. Pas mentionnés dans la description mais très pratiques au quotidien : des toilettes au rez de chaussée et un garage pour ranger les vélos avec même une table de ping pong."
