"La situació és molt bona i hi ha gairebé tot el necessari (rentadora, rentavaixelles, torradora, cafetera...). Les finestres no donen al carrer, només a un celobert que són una avantatge però també una desavantatge, perquè la ventilació és una mica justa els dies de calor, però va bé perquè no es sent el xivarri del carrer, tenint en compte que està en un carrer força cèntric. L'accés al pis és molt segur i ofereix la sensació de seguretat que sovint es requereix els primers dies. L'internet és ràpid i pràctic."
