"Amazing location in the heart of Kaysersberg which is a wonderful village and so central in Alsace. Well equipped kitchen and bonus having two bathrooms. The parking was easy with having tickets provided for the town. We made great use of the washing machine and the check in/out process was simple."

"Like many places there are narrow steps to reach the different levels and bedrooms. This might be tricky for anyone with young kids or older travellers."

"Very good location in the middle of the old town. The property was comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked."

"For elderly people there are many stairs to take. Also the first bedroom is right after the main door which is close to the main entrance."

"Pas de véritable interlocuteur mais une IA ! Bien que réactive, une IA reste une IA. Salle de bain et sanitaires : le lavabo du RDC et la baignoire de l'étage fuient lors de l'utilisation, l'aération wc/douche du RDC ne fonctionne pas + interrupteur de cette même sde bruyant = très incommodant car sde ouverte dans la chambre. Autres : Lit 140 du RDC inconfortable, tâches sur le canapé du séjour, manque lave linge."

"La cosa migliore della struttura è sicuramente la sua posizione, in pieno centro! Comodissima. L’appartamento è esattamente come in foto, molto gradevole, dotato di tutto il necessario in cucina."

"Consiglierei di pulire il divano….Spostando i cuscini in cerca del telecomando abbiamo trovato un po di tutto ….! Cambierei anche i cuscini, troppo sottili a mio parere… ! Infine aggiungerei un kit di emergenza (disinfettante, cotone, ecc…)."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Sehr zentral in Kaysersberg gelegen. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Wohn-/Essbereich war hell und großzügig. Perfekt für gemeinsame Essen und Kartenspiele. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt. Lucie war wundervoll, ihre Antworten kamen immer zeitnah und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Änderung unserer Reisedaten war kein Problem und auf Anfrage hat sie uns zusätzliche Parkausweise (gegen Aufpreis) in die Wohnung gelegt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Es wäre von Vorteil gewesen mit jemanden zu sprechen und eine Auskunft zu bekommen, sei es Parkplatz, Müllentsorgung oder nur wo wir draußen sitzen dürfen. In den 4 Tagen sahen wir keine Menschenseele."
