"L'apartament està força ben situat ja que es pot anar a la majoria de llocs a peu. És un apartament semi reformat que cobreix totes les necessitats. Compta amb tots els estris de cuina necessaris i demés. El barri és tranquil i compta amb supermercats, botigues varies i bars- restaurants."
