"Un petit studio pratique, ergonomique et confortable. Bien situé si on veut éviter le traffic Nantais, à 2 min à pied d'un Lidl et Super U, rue calme car ce situe au fond d'une impasse. Par contre il faut compter une bonne heure pour se rendre dans le centre-ville en transport en commun."
