"Staff are very nice and the closest tram station is right in front of the hotel. The apartmentsare very spacious and have basic services. Perfect for families with kids. There's many shops, cafés and supermarkets around."

"The cleaning once per week is a bit on the low side Reception manned hours require review. They need to be increased, there is almost no one at the reception. The heaters in my room where not working despite repeated requests"

"Noisy at times, regular smell of smoke in spite of no-smoking policy, tiny insects living around kitchen sink and bathroom wash basin. Kitchen equipment bare minimum: bring salt and cutting knife if you want to do any cooking, even very basic."

"The place is fine, we stayed one night to visit Geneva and didn’t have any issue - it’s simple but it was clean"

"The parking is charged around 10-15€ per night (not sure) and you can only leave the car there after 16:30 on check in, it’s difficult to find a parking space on the street, there isn’t any other private parking around, we left the car about 20 minutes walking from the tram to go to Geneve, than we moved it closer to the hotel in the evening and on the next day (Sunday) it was free to park on street so it worked ok for us."

"We come here every year and we always have a great experience. The lady on reception is extra lovely and helpful. The apartments are kept well and super comfortable and quiet. Super close to Geneva as well without paying Geneva prices."
