"A perfect place to stay when visiting Monaco, location is excellent!! About 15-20 meters or so to the elevator down to the train station, easy walk to the casino and the yachts in the harbour. As F1 fans it was great to just walk out from the train station and be right on the track! We only took the bus 1 time, walking distance to everything. A short, uphill walk to the supermarked, and comfy downhill when carrying groceries. Clean and well equipped studio apt, (one big room, not seperate bedroom) had everything we needed, and WiFi worked without any problems.The host was very kind and helpful, would absolutely recommend this place. As it says in the description this apt has no view, and it don't get daylight because of the nearby building. But, both windows open, and lets in fresh and cool air from the dark and quiet alley outside. Guess that will make the apt quite cool and comfortable in the summer heat? We stayed in the middle of May and did'nt use the air condition."

"Really lovely stay, lovely price for the excellent location! The owner is kind and helpful. We even got a wine as a present even though we were here for just 2 nights. You can walk from here to the best known places in Monaco in minutes. Apartment is fully equipped. Really clean and comfortable."

"Apartment doesn't have any kind of view from its windows, just a couple of meters of space and there is a wall. It wasn't a problem for us because the price is fantastic and it takes about 2 minutes to walk outside and immediately be greeted with lovely Monaco views."

"La stanza era bellissima, piccola ma in poco spazio c era davvero tutto quello che ci serviva, attaccata alla stazione, silenziosa. Per scendere al mare abbiamo dovuto soltanto camminare in discesa tra le vie della città. Lavatrice, fornelli, buon prezzo, cordialità ecdisponibilità di chi ci ha ricevuto."

"C è un muro quasi davanti alle finestre ma mi son trovato così bene che non mi è importato molto."

"Logement très bien situé, résidence très calme, propreté impeccable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau de l'équipement. Le propriétaire, Samir, était très gentil, réactif et compréhensif. La climatisation marche très bien."

"Les fenêtres donnent sur un espace fermé et par conséquent, il faut aérer régulièrement l'appartement pour qu'il n'y ait pas trop d'humidité. On aurait également recommandé de bien déboucher les tuyaux. Les voisins sont très exigeants: ils ont été gênés par l'usage continu de notre climatisation, ils ont demandé de la régler à la vitesse minimale et 25°, surtout la nuit. C'était très incommodant. En plus, on a été réveillé quelques fois à 7h du matin par des voisins qui étaient en train de discuter à voix haute ou par leur télé. C'était bien plus gênant que notre climatisation!"

"Studio pulito, ben arredato e rinnovato di recente. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il casino e la marina a piede in 10 minuti. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile per check-in e check-out."

"Le finestre dello studio danno su un intercapedine e quindi non prende luce esterna. Per me non è stato un problema perché lavorando uscivo la mattina e rientravo la sera, però, per altri usi, potrebbe essere una cosa da sapere. Lo studio è comunque molto illuminato per compensare questo aspetto."
