FRATERNiTY-HOTEL

"Molt agradables, atents, tot molt cuquetó i molt net."

"Newly refurbished building on a side street of Rue Oberkampf in an up and coming part of eastern Paris (11th arrondisement). Friendly, helpful staff and a nice relaxed vibe - its a hostel and hotel rolled together with small bar and cafe. Private room with ensuite was very clean and comfortable. Breakast was simple but good value, coffee, juice bread and pastries. Surrounding area is quite lively - lots of good bars and restaurants. Its very multicultural so a wide variety of food options. The Sunday jazz brunch at La Bellevilloise is not to be missed. And the beer is surprisingly cheap - pints from 3.50 euros in happy hour which seems to run from 15.00-22.00! 10 mins walk to Pere Lachaise cemetery. Two metro lines within 5 mins walk so easy to get around the rest of the city. Halfway between Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord for those traveling by train."

"Instructions for using the aircon/heating system would have been handy!"

"This was the second time we stayed here. The staff are always super friendly, the rooms are spotless and the area is great with fantastic cafes, bars and boulangeries nearby."

"Nothing"

"The rooms were pretty clean, so was the shower and the bathroom. In the bed you had enough privacy with the curtains. You get enough storage space, even some with a lock."

"It was a bit loud sometimes, because people were snorring :( I also didn't quite know that we must pay for towels extra"

"Excellent location. Helpful staff. Comfortable, private bed. Lockers with electronic lock felt secure."

"The room is super spacious and clean. The materials they use are very good"

"doesn't have kitchen. The toilet is outside the room"

"Clean comfortable and spacious room, with the convenience of a shower in the room."

"The staff made me change rooms in the middle of my stay which was a nuisance"

"The room was very clean and much bigger than expected-very good value for money! Location was great, a short walk to a metro station so it’s easy to access all of Paris, and there’s lots of good restaurants in the area."

"Nothing, it was fantastic"

"Very clean, safe and quiet. Staff was very friendly and recommended me things around. They also explained things about property. Good location, easy to find."

"No free towels. You can rent one for €3"

"Hostel was cozy and in a very good location, with the metro close by or if you prefer to walk, it's nearby to great districts. Room was good, thankfully I had considerate roommates so no disruptions during my stay. The reception closes at night so if you arrive after a certain time, there is a night staff member who is able to let you in."

"Whilst the shower is located inside the dorm, the toilet is outside. Inconvenient to go in and out when there is no sink inside the toilet cubicle."
