"Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und informierte uns vor dem Aufenthalt über alles, was man wissen muss. Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Wohnungsübergabe fand persönlich direkt vor Ort statt. Was die Kaution betraf war Sie sehr großzügig und reduzierte den Betrag auf ein Drittel der Kaution, da wir diese nur bar entrichten konnten. Zu jeder Zeit konnte ich Sie bei Fragen per Nachricht über die Booking-App erreichen. Sie hat immer schnell geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung in Strandnähe ist ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der Parkplatz liegt an einer benachbarten Residenz, nicht direkt vorm Haus. Für uns aber ok."
