"-Pagar la fiança de 300 euros a través d’un enllaç concret o paypal em va semblar confús i molest, però no vam tenir cap problema i el Claude ens va anar resolent els dubtes que teníem -Que l’ascensor de l’edifici és molt petit, no hi cabíem tots alhora i jo pujava a peu perquè a més sóc claustrofòbica. Però els edificis antics ja ho tenen això, així que vaig fer cames i ja està :)"

"The location is excellent being within a very short walk to Nice-Ville Station for day trips out of Nice, and very close to many cafes, shops and restaurants in the new town centre. Wifi was very good."

"This was my 2nd stay at the property and the pictures continue to well represent the apartment. Claude as a host is very responsive and getting the keys on the 1st day was a breeze and check out the same. The location is perfect for the station & tram with access to supermarkets and shops easy & not far. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and internet worked well. Zero issues during my stay with the apartment itself and throughly enjoyed my 2 plus week stay."

"This accommodation has an amazing location, near train, tram stations and bus. It has all types of stores and restaurants nearby. It was very clean, it had all the necessary supplies to cook a meal. Since it was in the 4th floor it was really quiet."

"Excellent location, few minutes to main train station, plenty of shops and grocery stores, quiet street. Very quiet apartment - no noisy neighbours! Good AC. Good kitchenette facilities. Lovely to have toiletries in bathroom and nice to have some basics in kitchen such as salt sugar oil .... Great hosts - Excellent communication. It was nice to meet Claude at the apartment."

"From the moment we met Nadia, who welcomed us and handed over the keys it was a pleasant and relaxing stay at the F2 Centre - Gare. The apartment is in a very convenient location very close to the Nice-Ville train station and the Gare Thiers L1 Tram stop. The apartment was extremely tidy with a good amount of space for our small travelling family (Dad, Mum, and daughter). Nice shower, comfortable beds. All communications with the owners were hospitable and we thank you Claude and Xoan for a lovely stay."
