"Sehr netter Vermieter, der sogar Deutsch sprach! Insgesamt gute Kommunikation. Gute Lage in der Anlage, dicht beim Parkplatz und kurzer Weg zum Pool. Gute Ausstattung der Küche (genug Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Besteck, verschiedene Geräte wie Mixer und Pürierstab etc). Tischwäsche, Handtuch und Geschirrtücher sowie Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Neuer Sonnenschirm für draußen. Betten schon bezogen, sehr kindgerecht, vielen Dank! Lage der Residenz: Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man 20 Minuten bis zum Strand fährt (Richtung Vendres gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten). Dafür ist man in der Nähe von Colombier, dem Oppidum d'Enserunne und der wirklich sehenswerten Stadt Béziers. Ein großer Lidl befindet sich in der Route Capestang, wesentlich angenehmer als an der Küste in Serignan."

"Beautiful view. (See photos)Tasteful decor and very well equipped. Roxana is very kind and helpful. Our arrival in Menton was very severely delayed but she was still there to meet and greet us with a big smile. There is a supermarket and bank close by and opposite is a bus stop where a free electric bus stops frequently and will take you all around the town."
