"Very friendly and understanding host! Exceptional customer service! Excellent location, 5 min from MIDI beach and 8-15 min from city centre. Lots of restaurants and historical centre just in front of the building. Everything is working walking distance. Parking just under which is very convenient if you have a car. Air conditioning in every room."
"Some utensils and furniture is too used (but it also understandable from holiday rental). You need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels (but it’s mentioned in the listing)."

"В номере было всё необходимое, не смотря на то, что сам номер не большой. Холодильник, плита, духовка, кофейный аппарат, посуда, утюг, фен, пылесос, кондиционер. Па первом этаже стиральная и сушильная машина. С балкона даже немного видно море, хотя это был второй этаж. При заезде не оказалось ключей в ячейке, хозяйка приехала и быстро решила вопрос)"
"Из минусов я бы отметила шум трассы, который слышно даже при закрытых окнах. Постель и полотенца нужно оплачивать отдельно, я бы просто добавила эту сумму в цену проживания. И я бы посоветовала обновить диван. На первый взгляд кажется удобным, но под конец отпуска уже хотелось в свою уютную кровать. Но общее впечатление осталось очень приятным. Вернулись бы мы сюда ещё раз? Однозначно да!!!"

"Шум из окна, при закрытом окне приемлимо. Чайник при включении вырубает предохранитель, использовали ковшик и плиту. Отсутствие штопора (и это во Франции!), проталкивали пробку внутрь. Отдельная плата за постельное белье 20 евро и полотенца 10 евро. Хотя это указано в описании номера, необходимо решить этот вопрос с хозяином заранее, особенно при позднем заезде. При 1-2 дневном проживании ощутимо увеличивает цену. Мы жили 8 дней, для нас почти незаметно. Бесконтактный доступ в квартиру с подробными инструкциями на booking, но если не скачал заранее, требуется мобильный интернет."
"La vista es maravillosa. Todo estaba muy limpio, los electrodomésticos funcionaban perfectamente, la comunicación fue excelente, y en general el apartamento es realmente estupendo. La ubicación es excelente, se puede llegar caminando en menos de 3 minutos al casco antiguo y al supermercado, y también la estación de tren está cerca. El balcón es fantástico, ideal para una cena en casa o para tomar un espresso, realmente muy agradable."
"A pesar de tener las ventanas y persianas cerradas, especialmente por la noche es ruidoso, ya que la carretera principal pasa justo debajo y el sonido sube hacia arriba. Las ventanas no aíslan del ruido, es algo que uno debería saber de antemano. Quienes tienen problemas para dormir pueden encontrar dificultades aquí. Netflix dejó de funcionar después de un día. Los utensilios de cocina son escasos, solo hay un cuchillo grande. Sería agradable disponer de algunos cuchillos para cortar, cucharas de cocina, etc. Aparcar en los alrededores es difícil. A veces se tarda mucho en encontrar sitio. También sería bueno contar con un poco más de papel higiénico, así como sal, pimienta y aceite para la cocina. A pesar de estos pequeños detalles, nuestra estancia fue realmente agradable y, al menos para nosotros, estos aspectos no nos molestaron mucho. Si uno está preparado y lo sabe de antemano, es un apartamento estupendo."

"Emplacement super. Calme. Propre. Bien équipé, il y a même les produits à disposition pour nettoyer, ainsi que le café. Propriétaire bienveillante, à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol, mais ça n'engage que moi 😊, lit en 140, mais c'est parce que je suis habituée avec un lit en 160... Merci encore à la Propriétaire."
