You enter the double doors from the street to find yourself in the most splendid courtyard, fountain burbling gently and a prize bougainvillea, clinging to the wall in full bloom. "The maison d’hôte is very well designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with almost everything you might need. Its location in Thuir is convenient and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. Dominique, the owner, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable."

"Lovely place well decorated, delicious breakfast, my daughter and I were offered omelet because of our dietary issues. The rest of the group enjoyed fresh croissants and cakes between other goodies. The owners waited until late at night because of our trains issues with SNCF delayed our arrival. Very kind of them."

"It’s very comfortable and has everything one needs for a long stay. We (two adults with two small kids and a dog) stayed there for only two nights, but could easily live there for 10 days. The premises are actually better than looking in photos (especially bathroom). clean."
